Rescue Mission in the 20KM Zone

We have been granted permission to enter into the 20km zone to rescue. This permission was granted on the last day of application, with the requirement that it will only be for the last day opened to the rescue groups.
Even with the strict requirements, we are happy to do everything in our power to find and save as many animals that we can.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, as we prepare for this special mission.
With the winter weather upon us, we will need to gather some supplies in order to make this as successful of a mission as possible. Our van slid off into a rice field yesterday with two snow tires, so we will need two more. Also gas, and other supplies.
In the event we cannot rescue any animals, this specific funding will go only to the feeding and rescuing of the animals in the restricted zone that we have permission to enter.
